日曜日の11時ちょっと前くらいに到着。 外には22名の列。これは意外にすんなり入れるか？と思っていたが、11時より多少早めに第一陣は入店していた様子。 11:50頃やっと店内へ！やった！と思ったのも束の間店内には着座のお客さん以外に17名の列… なんやかんやで座れたのは12:15頃…へとへとです。お店は従業員の方2名でやってました。 ノーマルのラーメンにめんまトッピング、肉丼を注文。 ラーメンは濃厚系のスープに麺が絡んで美味い！！丼は普通。 総合的にうまいですが、このお店の論点は1時間以上並んでまで食べたいレベルか！？と言うところかと思います。 個人的にはうまいことは間違えないですが、60分以上並んでまでは…とは思いました。参考までに。

I love this ramen shop! + the line was long, but it moved fast + you order from a vending machine (the chashu is very thin [but also very delicious] so get lots of it!) + the broth was incredibly rich and unctuous and full of floating bits of pork. It was like eating BBQ. Incredible + the noodles were perfectly chewy and had that handmade look. amazing + the owners were very friendly and efficient + the shop is spacious and well lit and filled with the wonderful sounds of slurping!

The entrance doesn’t come immediately to your eyes, unless there is the line of people waiting outside. It’s in an industrial district and the shop blends with the environment. The shop itself looks like a kind of factory but it’s bright and wide. White and blue are the dominant colours, veils are waving from the ceiling and, somehow, you have the feeling to be in another place, far from everything that is outside. If I were an employer working around there, I would be happy to have my lunch break in this shop. There were only two people working but they were so amazing that they could manage the big amount of orders. The chef is a big and ripped japanese man always working with a smile on his face. He uses a long metal shovel to stir the big pot where he is cooking the broth with all the pork bones. It looks like a scene from a manga. It’s really nice to look around: see them working, japanese people in line on their phone, some curious pictures on the wall and everything is accompanied by some pop music in the background. Food is good. Nothing to complain about. Noodles are good; broth is tasty, not to dense, maybe a bit oily but the chef asked us it means that is kind of aware of that; chashu is thin and delicate. I liked it very much and I digested it very well. I had a good time.

The best ramen I've ever had and a great price. The only downside is the 40+ minute queues.. If you're in the area you have to eat here. If you're not in the area, it still might be worth travelling just for this.

尼崎にある人気のらーめん屋さん。 営業時間いっぱいまで行列です。 入店して券売機で食券を買い、店内で待つスタイルです。現金支払いのみです。 日曜日の14時過ぎ、お店の外に4人待ちだったので、少し待てば食べれるかと思いきや…店内に15人ほどの待ち列がありました。 ラーメンはドロッとした濃厚なスープ。でもくどくないです。 麺は中太の縮れ麺。もちっとしてておいしかったですが、個人的にはやっぱり細麺のストレートが好み。 ねぎめしはすごいネギの量でした。

14:00頃訪問。前に3人並ぶのみ。 お昼ごろに行くとタイミング悪いとかなり並ぶ時がある人気店です。5回ほど訪問したことあります。 美味しいので再訪。 ラーメンですが、スープはかなり濃いめでドロドロのスープですが、豚骨の旨味が凄くて、濃いですが、嫌な濃さではなく美味しいです。臭みもないので、クセの少ない豚骨です。 麺は太麺のちちじれ系で、スープに負けない歯ごたえでこれもバランス良いです。 濃いのが嫌いな人はあまりだと思いますが、臭みが少ない豚骨なので、女性も美味しく食べれると思います。 が、ほぼお客さんは男性です！w 関西の中でもトップレベルかと思います。ラーメン本でグランプリも取られてます。 そして、店主さんの人柄も良いです。いつも対応良いです。 ラーメン好きな方は是非一度どうでしょうか。
